Well, if there's one song I'd really like to hear, it's his Piano Sonata in C. I can't remember which one, but it goes like this.

I was taught all the popular tunes, but this one has to one of my favorites. And eventhough I don't really play Romantic pieces, I enjoy some of Beethoven's work. I definitely have a soft spot for his Moonlight Sonata and his Presto alla Tedesca piano concerto as well.
