[ Action ]
[ Anyone who's looking for Diana at 913 Bilko Boulevard won't find her there. She's hit the streets, running as far as she can with a butcher knife in her hands. She knows she's not a fighter, but rather a thinker, but she's willing to sacrifice the thinking aspect for her natural instincts. And those very same natural instincts will come in handy. She cuts through a few of them until she reaches 848 Goldberg Street. Through her note taking, she had a sneaking suspicion that this house had something special. So, she runs through the yard and goes over to the shed.
She opens the door to the shed and takes a moment to breathe before walking inside, closing the door behind her. The floor drops about seven feet underground to where she ungracefully falls right on her backside. She makes a little grunting noise and shakes her head before getting up. Okay, she was right. This place does have stuff in it.
She takes note of the rifles, pistols and all of the weapons stored inside of it before finding an area to sit down in. Now was the time to protect those that she actually gives a damn about. ]
[ Phone | Filtered from drones. Filtered to her friends/housemates. ]
I urge those who can hear this to come to the shed on 848 Goldberg Street. You will be protected from the infestation outside, so you needn't worry about that.
Don't go ahead and win the Darwin Award, too. If I'm offering you protection, please take me up on it. If you don't, then please do go ahead and win the Darwin Award.
Thank you.
( OOC: For the action part, if you want your character to join her in the shed/underground bunker, go ahead. As far as the phone's concerned, if your character has gotten along with Diana, then the message is filtered to them! We can always segue into action later.
She'll also probably be in the shed as long as the event's going on, droning or no droning, too. )

[ She'll back away a bit and go to sit down, still keeping her eye on you. ]

[He made a hat tipping gesture, even if he didn't have a hat.]
So, what's your story? How'd you'd end up here, no one seems to be here by choice.
[Stuck in a shed, what else is there to do other than try to get some information.]

[You know nothing handles as well as the Trigger Magnum, but hey it was a firearm.]

And, as for me, don't you think that's a bit forward to be asking someone during your first meeting?

[ Have some snark. ]

[Shotaro hits the wall hoping it will open a passage that goes down further. It is the hardboiled thing to do, not that it worked.]
I'm sure someone else that would have worked. I mean this place has to be full of secrets like that.
no subject
... Of course, only if they had super strength.
no subject
[I mean really zombies are fine, but secret underground places are out of the question.]

It wasn't just a crazy hunch either. Look around, see what this place is stocked with? All these weapons, it would make perfect sense.
[Sometimes he is not a doof too!]

Your powers of observation are astounding, Mr. Hidari. [ SNARK SNARK SNARK. ]

[Deep breaths Shotaro.]
Miss know it all are we, you just remind me more and more of people I know.

You are the female version of my partner to the tee, especially with the knowing everything.
[He holds his head up to his face and shakes his head.]
So you are telling me that if I gave you a few keywords you would have the answer?
no subject
If I had access to my library, then yes.
no subject
Lost the link to wherever you go to pull down information?
This place does that, but I'm sure you've figured that out on your own.
[Wait was that some snark from the other party.]
no subject
Yes, and I've figured that out by now. Again, your powers of observation suit you well, Mr. Hidari.
no subject
And your powers of snarkiness suit you, that just comes with knowing everything though. Can make you seem like a real brat.
no subject
[ She's holding in that it actually hurts to be called a brat, but there you have it. ]
no subject
I'm sure you have, though you are not all that well at hiding that it still phased you.
You have quite the range of emotions with having the information of the world in your head.
Ability of treating people seems about right though.
[What's this real power of observation maybe?]

[ Diana relaxes somewhat, still keeping that knife gripped tightly in her hand. ]
I don't feel like divulging all of my personal information, Mr. Hidari. Apologies.
