[ A few days after music class with Austria, Diana has decided to practice a few pieces of varying music either in the auditorium of the high school, right in the music room, or hell - even in the church. She's not religious by any means, but she will make use of what she has to her. And, so, she can be found at the organ in the church, playing this piece. It's honestly a challenge to her, but it's a welcome one. Go ahead and bother her, but try to not interrupt her from her playing. She's very intently focused on this. ]

[ While Diana's in her classes, she's busy scribbling down not the notes, but yet transmutation circles. She's making herself learn new ones as well as applying the knowledge she already has. She's humming a little song under her breath, her eyes closed. At least she isn't falling randomly asleep. Yet. ]

[ Action | Around Mayfield ]

[ Maybe school or the church is not for you, so Diana can be found bustling in various shops to buy posterboard and other such materials. While she'd like to design her posters on a computer, she doesn't have that option available to her, unfortunately. Again, she'll make do with what she has for now. She does seem to be a little distracted as she's figuring out how to design the posters to make them visually pleasing and invite as many people as possible, though. Therefore, it should be easy to distract her from doing this. ]

Very well. Do you want to take my measurements, then?

Oh, yes! As soon as you're ready, we'll head back into the sewing room to take care of that.

All right.

[ And just like that, she'll get up after sipping her tea. ]

Well, then, follow me!

[Rarity trots on back into her bedroom, which is also a dual-purpose sewing room. There are sewing supplies all over the room, but everything is very clean and organized. In the corner is a long table with the sewing machine on it and plenty of space for laying out fabric. But for now, Rarity floats a spool of measuring tape over to Diana.]

All right, then, let's get started.

[ Diana follows Rarity inside, noticing just how clean everything looked. That was very nice, in her eyes. Then, she nods and tells herself that she's just measuring her - nothing else. ]

Very well. Do what you do best, Miss Rarity.

Right! This will only take a few moments.

[Rarity instructs Diana on where to move, how to stand, where to put her arms, etc, floating the measuring tape all around her and simultaneously manipulating a pencil on the other side of the room to write down the necessary measurements. This goes on for a few minutes.]

All right, that should do it! I'll have it ready for you tomorrow evening, if you'd like to stop by after dinner.

[ And Diana waits as patiently as she can, moving just as she's expected to move and adjusting her posture as necessary. ]

I'll go ahead and pencil it in. Thank you for doing this for me.

No, thank you! After all, without customers, this wouldn't be much of a business at all.

[And one day later, here they are again.]

Come in, darling! I think you'll be quite happy with how everything turned out.

I can't wait to see it, Miss Rarity.

[ And she comes right in, looking to be happier than she was the previous day. ]

[Rarity heads back into the sewing room again with a bounce in her step, horn glowing as she floats the finished product out for Diana's approval. It matches perfectly to the design she was given the previous day, with the rhinestones arranged along the trim in the pattern she'd drawn out.]

Well? How do you like it? I think it's rather sharp! Would you like to try it on?

[ Diana takes a careful look at everything that's been done with her suit just to see if she can find any mistakes or corrections she wants made. Though, it seems like she can't find them. Rarity was a good choice to come to for her request. ]

I love it. I can see that it's very well made and you paid extra attention on the details I wanted. Good work, Miss Rarity.

I can tell that you have a very discerning eye, so I took extra care to conform exactly to your specifications from before. I'm glad you're as pleased with it as I am.

Heh... [ That earns Rarity a small chuckle out of her. ]

May I go ahead and try it on to see if it fits?

[ Diana takes the suit in her hands and goes to an area to change in. She makes sure to straighten it to an acceptable point before emerging. The suit helps to make her look exceptionally sharp and she likes that. Then, she walks over to a mirror and checks herself out. ]

Simply put, Miss Rarity, it's perfection.

[Rarity smiles brightly, preening and basking a bit in the compliment.]

Trust me, if it was anything less than that, I'd still be working on it. Only the best for my clientele!

[ Well, if Rarity wanted to do that, she couldn't stop her. ]

I'll have to come back for future work, then.

Yes, by all means! I'd be happy to work with you again on whatever you'd like.

Then, in that case - forbid any misfortune from happening, would you care to work on a few spares for me?

I like to have a little bit of variety in my wardrobe than what I have in my current closet.

It would be my pleasure. Shall I do them in the same general sort of style? I can vary the colors and patterns a bit if you'd like.

In order to keep the shop appropriately stocked with sewing supplies and fabric, I'm afraid I do have to charge. But I think you'll find my prices quite reasonable.

[And she'll rattle off some appropriate-sounding 1950s amount.]

Well, I'll see about paying for them myself. After all, payment for services rendered is the way to go.
